Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, the process can be a daunting task. It can cause stress, anxiousness, or shame; something that I take very seriously. My first step in the process is to ensure a good therapeutic fit between myself and potential clients. Once that is established, we will choose the modality and treatment practices that best fit your needs, readiness, and goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and will work hard to help you reach your therapeutic goals.
I specialize in working with women who work, or have worked, in the education field, healthcare system, or other care giving professions. I utilize DBT, CBT, IFS, and mindfulness practices.
